Go to the Sign Up page and register using your email address or Google account. It takes less than a minute.
Your UID is how we verify your identity after a match. Without it, we can't confirm you played under the right account, which means you won't be eligible for prizes. Add it in Profile Settings.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings and update your details. Make sure any changes are done before registering for a tournament — not during one.
Yes. Head to Profile Settings and you'll find an option to set a password for your account.
No. Each person is allowed exactly one account. Multiple accounts are a violation of our Terms & Conditions and result in a permanent ban of all accounts involved.
Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a reset link.
Go to Dashboard → My Wallet. Scan the UPI QR code using PhonePe (only PhonePe is supported), complete the payment, and then enter your PhonePe Transaction ID (starts with 'T') on the same page to submit the deposit for instant verification.
A PhonePe Transaction ID is the unique transaction identifier assigned by PhonePe (starting with the letter 'T', e.g., T260821...). In the PhonePe app, go to History, open the payment receipt, and copy the 'Transaction ID' shown at the top. That's how we verify that your payment went through.
First, double-check that you submitted the correct PhonePe Transaction ID (starts with 'T') after paying through PhonePe. If you did and it's still not reflecting, visit Payment Help or contact us at reply@bravk.in with your PhonePe Txn ID and a screenshot of the payment receipt.
Most deposits are verified quickly. If there's a delay, it's usually due to high verification volume. If your balance isn't updated within a few hours, reach out to support.
In most cases, the money is automatically refunded by your bank within 3–5 business days. If it isn't, contact your bank first with the transaction details. If the issue is on our end, email us with proof of the deduction.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the wallet page at the time of adding funds.
Go to Dashboard → My Wallet and submit a withdrawal request. Enter the amount you want to withdraw along with your UPI ID or bank account details. Requests are processed manually and typically take up to 2 to 3 hours.
Yes. The minimum withdrawal limit is shown on the wallet page.

Prizes are credited once the admin finalizes the result. This usually happens within a few hours of the match ending, depending on how quickly results are verified.
Withdrawals can take up to 48 hours. If it's been longer than that, contact us at reply@bravk.in with your registered email and the withdrawal details.
